Hi,

I hope somebody can help me out here.

I installed the Brutus keyring 0.9.11, the Evolution-brutus 1.2.17 and the
Brutus Server 0.9.39. My evolution version is 2.12.3.

When I start evolution I am not prompted for a password or brutus keyring at
all. What did I miss? brutus-keyringd is running.

Hmm, can't tell why without a stack trace. Didn't bug buddy give you
one?

Anyway, your b-k and e-b versions are rather old. If you've build from
source then you may just as well create RPMs for b-k and e-b. "make
distfiles" should give you RPMs. Please use the latest source from svn
as your current versions are ancient:

http://svn.42tools.net/

You'll need trunk for e-b and b-k.

Anyway, your b-k and e-b versions are rather old. If you've build from
source then you may just as well create RPMs for b-k and e-b. "make
distfiles" should give you RPMs. Please use the latest source from svn
http://svn.42tools.net/
You'll need trunk for e-b and b-k.

I got the evolution-brutus 1.2.28 and the brutus-keyring 0.9.30 installed
and also updated the Brutus server to 1.0.1.
I am seeing this following error in the logs now:

Nothing I think. The error you are seeing is one of the Camel API
functions - camel_session_get_store(). I've no idea why that should
fail. Not something I've seen before.

Please keep bugging me about this issue (maybe even file it in
bugzilla.42tools.com). I may have some time to work on it in a week or
two, but I will surely forget it unless you keep me to it.

So, what I think it is still wrong (as I don't see the logon process on the
brutus logs) is that evolution is not asking for my password.
What could be preventing evolution to ask for my password? I don't have any
auto-login set up on my machine.

I'll rebuild them this night and try again...

time right now to fix up the RPM build of e-b on Redhat, but it can't
be that different from fedora. You can actually do it yourself. Just
edit acinclude.m4 appropriately.

I would start off by mimicing what was made for CentOS 5.2.
RHEL is more like CentOS then it is like Fedora
