Evolution account configuration

OK, I've shifted gears for now. I have a relatively recent RPM install
on a colleague's Fedora 8 box to play with. Can you help clarify the
information expected in the Evolution email account creation?

Under "Receiving Email" tab:
* is "Username" the unqualified Windows username, or should it
come prefixed with the Windows domain (DOMAIN\username) or
postfixed with the AD domain (user-***@public.gmane.org)?

Under "Receiving Options" tab:
* what is "Exchange Mailbox" looking for? The Mailbox store name
I see in AD? One of my Exchange SMTP email addresses? Not sure
here.
* for "Windows Domain", are you looking for old style domain name
(as in DOMAIN\user) or new style domain (as in user-***@public.gmane.org)?

Just "username". No domain prefixed.

The SMTP email address that is defined for your Exchange mailbox. I.e.
if I send you a mail on that email address then it would end up in
your Exchange inbox.
