Problem with evolution and brutus

Dear Brutus users/developpers,

In i'm trying to get Brutus to work with Exchange 2000, but having
problems to connect to exchange. Evolution always ends up with "error
scanning mailbox folders".

What i've done so far:
- installed the server following the readme, dubble checked all security
settings and policy's
- installed the client with:
- kubuntu 8.04
- evolution: 2.22.2-0ubuntu2
- brutus-keyring: 0.9.30-0ubuntu1
- evolution-brutus: 1.2.25-0ubuntu1
- No firewall between the servers and evolution machine.
- When starting evolution from commandline, I can see 2 succesfull
pings.
- See server and client logs below
- server ends up with "system exception, ID
'IDL:omg.org/CORBA/TRANSIENT:1.0'
OMG minor code (2), described as '*unknown description*', completed =
NO"
- There is a 2 second idle time/timeout time before the the BUG error
appears.
- I don't see file appear in c:\mmp\

Do you have any ideas how to fix this ?

Yes, that address is resolvable, their on the same subnet, on the same switch and i can ping the hosts ip address from each-other.

You should do:

svn co http://svn.42tools.net/repos/brutus-idl/trunk brutus-idl

Then go to "brutus-idl/samples/C" and edit the Makefile so that it can
find you system headers and such. It is commented and should be fairly
easy to figure out.

find you system headers and such. It is commented and should be fairly
easy to figure out.

My client system has just 1 interface and 1 IP number and no firewalls.
I must say that it has an static address.

have downloaded all files from

up in nothing.
